Taylor Swift leads the UK Official Singles Chart with “Patient Zero”, ahead of Sienna Spiro‘s “Great Expectation”. The next update will establish whether Swift stays at No. 1 or Spiro regains the position.
The Official Charts Company‘s ranking for October 9–15 places Swift at No. 1 and Spiro at No. 2. Both tracks have previously held the top spot.
“Patient Zero” entered the chart at No. 1, displacing “Great Expectation”. Swift, Max Martin and Shellback share both songwriting and production credits on the track.
Spiro, a British singer-songwriter aged 20, first reached No. 1 in September. She became the youngest British female artist to lead the Official Singles Chart in 12 years.
“Great Expectation” has spent 14 weeks on the chart.
The Official Singles Chart combines streaming activity, downloads and physical sales to determine its rankings.
