TikTok has rolled out two new in-app hubs centered on the upcoming albums from Tyla and Charli XCX, expanding its series of artist-focused activations. The campaigns, titled ‘A*POP’ and ‘Music, Fashion, Film’ respectively, follow the platform’s established template for album release hubs.
Users searching for either artist will find a dedicated space featuring exclusive videos, community challenges, and unlockable profile frames, alongside curated fan posts. TikTok noted that Tyla has amassed more than 17 million followers on the platform, with her 2024 breakout single ‘Water‘ sparking a viral #WaterChallenge dance trend.
For Charli XCX, the platform highlighted the cultural impact of 2024’s ‘Brat Summer’ and the accompanying ‘Apple’ dance, which became one of the defining music moments on TikTok that year. Beyond the in-app experience, TikTok is supporting Charli XCX’s new release with external marketing, including a billboard in New York’s Times Square.
