MNRK Music Group has acquired the complete recorded catalog of Black Label Society (BLS), the hard rock group founded by former Ozzy Osbourne guitarist Zakk Wylde.
Since founding BLS in 1998, Wylde has led the band across 11 studio albums, as well as multiple live releases, compilation projects, and EPs.
MNRK described the acquisition as a major milestone in its expansion within rock and metal. The company said the deal creates new opportunities for reissues, catalog curation, and legacy campaigns.
Wylde will remain actively involved in shaping how the music is presented and experienced moving forward. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Sean Stevenson, CEO & President of MNRK Music Group, said: “Zakk has been part of the MNRK family for many years, and this deal reflects the strength of that relationship. Black Label Society has built one of the most enduring and loyal fanbases in heavy music. Owning and continuing to grow this catalog is a natural next step for us, and we’re proud to deepen our partnership with Zakk for the long term.”
