Peermusic has acquired Australian independent publisher 120 Publishing, adding roughly 5,000 works and 120,000 administered copyrights to its catalog. The deal expands Peermusic’s presence in Australia and its roster of locally administered rights.
As part of the transaction, Karen Hamilton has been appointed managing director of Peermusic Australia, where she will oversee the combined operation.
