Spotify has introduced Reserved, a new ticket pre-sale feature for Premium subscribers in the US, through a multi-year partnership with Live Nation and powered by Ticketmaster.

The feature identifies an artist’s most dedicated fans using signals such as streams, saves, shares, and listener location, then holds two tour tickets for them to purchase before the general on-sale. Reserved is included in a Premium subscription at no additional cost.

The launch artist is indie-pop act Role Model. Eligible Premium members aged 18 and over will receive notifications that two tickets have been set aside for them. The purchasing window opens on Tuesday, June 23.
