New Festival to Activate UK Venues
More than 400 independent venues are collaborating with 2,000 artists for Everywhere At Once, a nationwide festival intended to support the UK live music scene.
The initiative, organized by Music Venue Trust, Save Our Scene, The Association of Independent Promoters, and The National Lottery, will transform the venues into interconnected festival locations from June 26-28, 2026. This timing coincides with the scheduled fallow year for the Glastonbury Festival.
Organizers are describing the event as “The UK’s biggest music festival.”
The festival will feature performances by Fatboy Slim, Glenn Tilbrook, Lucy Spraggan, Gene, D Double E, P Money, Westside Cowboy, Becky Hill, Tinie Tempah, Rizzle Kicks, The Lathums, Master Peace, Toddla T, The Divine Comedy, Jodie Harsh, Brooke Combe, Inspiral Carpets, Omar, and Miki Berenyi Trio, among others.
Rather than concentrating artists in a single location, the festival will distribute performances across the country.
Fatboy Slim stated that the event is an opportunity to highlight the venues that supported his career.
Glenn Tilbrook, of Squeeze, noted that while the band will perform at the 02 Arena later in the year, their career began in smaller venues in South East London over five decades ago. He said: “These places are vital. They’re where you cut your teeth.”
Grassroots music venues contribute over £500 million annually to the UK economy, but operate on average margins of 2.5%. In 2025, more than half of all grassroots venues reported no profit, and 30 venues permanently closed.
Music Venue Trust estimates that 175 towns and cities across the UK no longer regularly host professional touring artists, impacting approximately 25 million people. You can find tour announcements and festival lineups to stay up to date.
With multiple festivals and events happening, it’s important to stay informed on festival collaborations.
