Mastering and technical QC
Every file is checked against the receiving platform’s specification before delivery: resolution, frame rate, colour, loudness, sync and subtitle timing. Failures are fixed before they cost you a launch date.
Metadata and artwork
Titles, synopses, cast and crew, genres, ratings and identifiers formatted per platform, with key art in every required ratio.
Subtitles and localisation
Captions, subtitles, forced narratives and dubbed audio tracks packaged and delivered with the title, in the languages your markets need.
Rights, territories and windows
Set availability per territory and per window. Hold a market back for a theatrical or broadcast partner, release it later, or go worldwide day one.
Reporting and revenue
Rentals, purchases, subscription minutes and ad revenue consolidated into one monthly statement per title and territory, paid in multiple currencies.
Protection and takedowns
Unauthorised uploads of your title on user-generated platforms are identified and claimed or removed, and the revenue from legitimate matches is collected.
Release models
Four ways a title earns. Use all of them.
Platforms license film in four ways, and most titles do best on a mix, sequenced by window. We deliver to each model and report them side by side.
TVOD
Rent or buy. Transactional platforms sell a rental or a purchase per title. Best for new releases and premium windows, with the highest revenue per view.
SVOD
Subscription licence. A platform licenses the title for its subscribers, usually for a fixed term and territory. Best for established titles and catalogue depth.
AVOD
Ad-supported, on demand. Free to the viewer, paid by advertising, reported per view. Reaches the widest audience and keeps earning for years.
FAST
Free ad-supported streaming television. Linear channels inside streaming apps. Titles are scheduled like broadcast and paid from the channel’s ad revenue. Strong for series and genre catalogue.

Rights review and onboarding
We confirm chain of title, music clearances and the territories and windows you hold, then agree the release plan and platform list.
Week 1 to 2
Deliverables and QC
You upload the master, audio, subtitle and artwork files. We run technical QC and return a report. Fixes are made before anything is sent.
Week 2 to 3
Metadata and localisation
Synopses, credits, ratings, artwork ratios and subtitle packages are formatted for each platform and language.
Week 3 to 6
Platform delivery and review
Titles are delivered to each platform, which runs its own review. We track every acceptance and resolve every rejection.
Go-live
Release
Titles go live on the dates and in the territories you set. You get a live link sheet for every platform.
Monthly
Reporting and payment
Consolidated statements per title and territory, with payment in your currency and full transaction detail on request.

What we need from you.
Send us what you have. If a title is not yet to specification, our team will tell you exactly what to fix and can arrange the mastering work.
Video
ProRes 422 HQ, ProRes 4444 or IMF. 1920 × 1080 or 3840 × 2160, native frame rate (23.976, 24, 25 or 29.97), progressive. HDR delivered as Dolby Vision or HDR10 with an SDR trim where the platform requires it.
Audio
5.1 and stereo, 48 kHz, 24-bit. Full mix per language as discrete WAV or embedded tracks, plus M&E where dubbing is planned. Loudness to the platform’s target.
Subtitles
Timed text per language. SRT, ITT or IMSC, including forced narratives for on-screen text and foreign dialogue. SDH captions for accessibility where required.
Artwork
Key art without burnt-in text. Poster (2:3), landscape (16:9) and title-treatment layers, minimum 3840 pixels on the long edge, plus episode stills for series.
Metadata
Complete and consistent. Original and localised titles, short and long synopses, cast and crew, genre, runtime, year, language, ratings per territory and identifiers such as EIDR or ISAN where available.
Rights
Chain of title and clearances. Proof of ownership or licence, music cue sheets and licences, talent releases and, where a platform asks for it, errors and omissions insurance.
Terms
Priced per title or per slate. Nothing hidden.
Per-title service
A fixed delivery fee per title, per platform group, with revenue paid through in full. Best for producers with one or a few titles.
Slate and catalogue
Negotiated terms for distribution companies, sales agents and catalogue owners delivering many titles, with volume pricing and a dedicated manager.
Revenue share
Where it suits the project, a share of platform revenue instead of a delivery fee. Terms depend on the title, the territories and the windows.

What kinds of titles do you distribute?
Feature films, documentaries, short films and series, including animation and factual. We also handle catalogue for broadcasters and studios. Music videos are delivered through our separate music video distribution service.
Which platforms will my film be on?
We deliver to transactional, subscription, ad-supported and FAST platforms worldwide. The exact list depends on your title, its rights and territories, and each platform’s own editorial acceptance, so we confirm the platform plan for every title during onboarding.
Do I keep the rights to my film?
Yes. You license us to deliver and collect for the territories and windows you choose. Ownership stays with you, and you can hold territories back for other partners.
How long until a title is live?
Typically three to six weeks from complete deliverables, depending on platform review times. Titles with QC issues take longer, which is why we check everything before delivery.
How and when am I paid?
Monthly, with a consolidated statement per title and territory. Platforms report on their own schedules, usually one to three months after the viewing, and payment follows the report. Payouts are available in multiple currencies.
Can you distribute a slate under my own company name?
Yes. Distribution companies and sales agents deliver under their own label, with per-title control and one consolidated report.
What if my master is not to specification?
You get a QC report that lists exactly what needs fixing. Our team can arrange encoding, subtitling and artwork work, quoted separately.
