AI-Generated Content Policy

What AI-assisted and AI-generated music InterSpace accepts, what must be disclosed at upload, and how disclosures are verified.

Quick answer

Does InterSpace Distribution accept AI-generated music?

AI-assisted music is accepted when the human contribution is real and the AI involvement is disclosed at upload. Fully generated tracks from Suno and Udio are not permitted. Every release must declare whether AI was used and the country of recording; disclosures are verified and undisclosed AI content is removed.

Questions

Common questions.

Can I distribute a song made with AI tools?
Yes, if a human wrote and performed the core of the work, the AI use is disclosed at upload, and the tool is not one we prohibit. Fully generated tracks are rejected.
What happens if I do not disclose AI use?
The release is removed from the stores, royalties for it may be withheld, and repeat cases lead to account termination under the Distribution Agreement.
Does AI-generated cover art need to be disclosed?
Yes. Artwork and music videos made with AI must be declared, and must not imitate a real person or a protected brand.
