When do streams show up in my statement?
Stores report on a delay, usually one to three months behind the month of the streams. Your dashboard updates as each store's reporting arrives.
Does InterSpace take a cut?
Not on the Artiste and Artist Plus plans. You keep 100% of the royalties the stores pay, and the plan fee is what you pay. The free tier keeps 70%.
Is there a minimum payout?
Yes. Withdrawals are available once your balance passes the minimum payout threshold shown in your dashboard. Statements accrue regardless.
Which currencies can I be paid in?
NGN, USD, EUR, GBP, GHS and ZAR. Choose your currency in the dashboard before requesting a withdrawal.
Can collaborators see their own earnings?
Yes. Each person on a split gets their own account view and their own withdrawals.
What is the identity check?
A government-issued photo ID, checked once before your first withdrawal. Account holders under 18 are paid through a verified parent or guardian.
