First Artists Management, a talent agency focused on composers and music supervisors, has rebranded as FAM Agency and expanded its agent team with the appointment of Dan North.
North joins from Kraft-Engel Management and brings a roster of composers and music supervisors that includes Gabriel Mann (Emily in Paris), Marcus Norris (Lady in the Lake), Tim Williams (Pearl), Jonathan Sanford (The Good Daughter), Andrew Kotatko (The Power of the Dog), and Daniel Rossen (Past Lives).
The agency also announced two additional hires. Alexander Beltran, previously at Warner Bros., has joined the Los Angeles office as Head of Business Affairs. Julie Blake, formerly of Erased Tapes, has taken the role of Business Affairs Manager in the London office.
FAM has expanded its client roster with several new signings: Scottish post-rock band Mogwai, singer-songwriter Andrew Bird, Matthew Herbert, music supervisor Jemma Burns, Sofia degli Alessandri (Drum & Lace), Tune-Yards, and The Rescues.
