ROAM, the independent booking agency representing more than 900 artists including Fontaines D.C., PJ Harvey and Angine de Poitrine, has appointed Maxie Gedge to the newly created position of Head of Artist Delivery.
Gedge will sit within the agency’s UK and European operations team and oversee end-to-end delivery across the roster, including team growth and process development.
The company said the appointment reflects its continued investment in internal infrastructure and resources, aimed at supporting artist clients with consistency and care.
Gedge joins from Secretly Group, where she served as European Project Manager and coordinated album campaigns for artists such as Mitski and Phoebe Bridgers. She previously worked as Communications Coordinator at PRS Foundation and as Project Manager at Keychange, the international network and movement for full gender equality in the music industry.
“I have always loved the people and roster at ROAM and I am ecstatic to be joining at such a pivotal moment for the agency. Having spent my career championing artists and helping them thrive, I know how much a solid infrastructure matters behind the scenes. I can’t wait to work with this incredible team to make sure every artist on the roster gets the consistency and support they deserve.”
