Blaqbonez has launched a ₦2 billion defamation lawsuit against fellow Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck (Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu), according to a legal memorandum dated July 7, 2026.
The suit, filed by Punuka Attorneys & Solicitors, accuses Odumodublvck of a sustained campaign of defamatory online posts, harassment, intimidation, and threats that allegedly damaged Blaqbonez’s reputation and commercial interests.
“Our Client has suffered and continues to suffer significant loss and damage as a direct consequence of your unlawful conduct.”
The legal filing states that Odumodublvck repeatedly published or amplified statements referring to Blaqbonez as a “sexual abuser” and “sexual abusing bastard,” claims the plaintiff’s legal team describes as false, malicious, and defamatory.
Blaqbonez is asking the court to declare the publications defamatory and to issue several orders, including an order directing Odumodublvck to pay ₦2 billion in general damages.
The memorandum also references allegations of harassment, assault, battery, unlawful interference, and threats to Blaqbonez’s safety. These claims have not yet been tested in court.
At the time of publication, Odumodublvck has not publicly responded to the legal action. The matter remains before the courts.
