Marathon Live has announced a content partnership with AEG Presents covering six venues in its network. The agreement accompanies the 15th anniversary of its Nashville flagship, Marathon Music Works, which is marking the milestone this fall with performances and facility upgrades.
Six venues covered by the partnership
The Nashville-based venue operator and promoter said the partnership spans the following facilities:
- The Truman, Kansas City
- The Hawthorn, St. Louis
- The Hall, Little Rock
- Marathon Music Works, Nashville
- The Signal, Chattanooga
- FIVE, Jacksonville
Marathon Live chief executive Mark Dinerstein said the expanded relationship supports its efforts to improve experiences for artists, private event clients and audiences. He linked the anniversary upgrades to that commitment.
Brent Fedrizzi, president of North American Regional Offices at AEG Presents, said the companies began collaborating at The Truman. Fedrizzi said he has known Dinerstein for many years and welcomed the opportunity to develop the partnership further.

Sound and ticketing upgrades
Marathon Music Works recently installed an L-Acoustics K2 sound system, placing it among the smallest venues in North America equipped with the technology, which is also used by arena and stadium artists.
The investment came in the same year that L-Acoustics opened its Americas headquarters at Nashville Yards.
L-Acoustics chief executive Bryan Bradley described Marathon Music Works as a 1,800-capacity venue that presents country, hip-hop, indie and electronic music and welcomes audiences of all ages.
Across its facilities, Marathon Live has also adopted AXS ticketing and launched SMS (short message service) text clubs to communicate directly with customers. Website upgrades are planned for the coming weeks.
