Pedro Winter has been appointed Global Head of Creation and Co-Managing Director of Because Music France.
As Co-Managing Director, based in Paris, Winter will supervise all front-office activities, including marketing, catalog, promotion, A&R, visual, digital, D2C, sync, merchandising and brand partnerships.
In his role as Global Head of Creation, he will direct audiovisual and sonic creative projects on a worldwide basis.
Winter founded Ed Banger Records in 2003, working with artists such as Justice, DJ Mehdi, SebastiAn, Uffie, Mr. Oizo and Myd. The label began its collaboration with Because Music in 2005. He also managed Daft Punk from 1996 to 2008 and has performed internationally as DJ Busy P.
