Spinnin’ Records, the dance and electronic music label owned by Warner Music Group (WMG), has appointed Marco Pantuso as General Manager and Frederick Pranger as Head of A&R. Both executives will be based at the Amsterdam Music Harbour, WMG’s regional hub.
Pantuso steps into the newly created General Manager role, overseeing global operations, artist development, and marketing strategies. He reports to Niels Walboomers, President of Warner Music Central Europe and Spinnin’ Records.
Pantuso brings more than a decade of senior experience within Warner Music, where he led major international campaigns and contributed to the career growth of artists such as Alok, CYRIL, David Guetta, and Diplo. He has worked closely with Spinnin’ and most recently played a key role in launching Spinnin’ Records Germany.
Pranger will lead the label’s global A&R strategy, reporting to Pantuso. He combines over 12 years of hands-on experience as an artist, DJ, and producer with a legal background. During his four years at Spinnin’, he has worked on projects for Afrojack, Alok, Blasterjaxx, CYRIL, David Guetta & Men Machine, and Timmy Trumpet.
Niels Walboomers, President, Warner Music Central Europe and Spinnin’ Records, said:
“Marco and Fred live and breathe dance music culture, and their track records speak for themselves. As Spinnin’ continues to break new boundaries, Marco’s strategic vision, deep-rooted industry relationships, and collaborative leadership style make him the ideal executive to steer our day-to-day operations. Coupled with Fred’s unique blend of artist experience and legal acumen, we’ve got a formidable leadership team in place to write the next exciting chapter for Spinnin’ Records.”
