United Talent Agency (UTA) has announced it will relocate its New York office to the Empire State Building in July 2027.

UTA will occupy 100,948 square feet across four floors.

The New York office is home to UTA’s Filmed Entertainment, Creators, News, Publishing, Theatre, Music, Speakers, Sports, Brand Advisory and Executive Search businesses.
