Overview

InterSpace Distribution is hiring a Content Operations Manager to own the day-to-day release pipeline across our platforms, from submission and metadata QC through DSP delivery, making sure every release reaches stores accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end release pipeline: submission, QC review, rights and metadata checks, and DSP delivery scheduling
  • Maintain metadata quality standards and catalogue consistency across the platform
  • Coordinate with the engineering team on delivery pipeline issues, DSP rejections, and reporting gaps
  • Monitor delivery status across DSP partners and troubleshoot stuck or failed deliveries
  • Build and refine content operations processes and SOPs as the catalogue scales
  • Support rights-matching review and escalate content-rights concerns
  • Report on operational KPIs such as turnaround time, rejection rate, and backlog

Requirements

  • Experience in digital music distribution, content operations, or catalogue management
  • Strong attention to detail with metadata and rights data
  • Comfortable working across spreadsheets, dashboards, and internal admin tools
  • Process-oriented mindset with the ability to build and document workflows
  • Experience working with DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and support teams
