Executive Changes at U2 Management, Spirit Music, and Ticketek

Several key personnel shifts have been announced across the music industry, including new leadership roles at U2’s management company and Spirit Music Group.

Executive Appointments

Sulinna Ong is transitioning from Spotify to Full Stop Management, where she will serve as Management Partner for U2, working alongside Irving and Jeffrey Azoff. Prior to Spotify, Ong held positions at Sony Music, Live Nation, and Deezer.

Frank Rogers has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Spirit Music, having previously served as Chief Creative Officer. He will continue in his role as President of Fluid Music Revolution. Rogers has produced 46 songs that reached the number one position on music charts.

Liz Cost is departing Sony Music Nashville at the end of June after nearly a decade with the company, most recently as Vice President of International Marketing and Artist Development. She oversaw global campaigns for artists including Luke Combs, Kane Brown, and Megan Moroney.

Anna Kolander has been promoted to Partner at Activist Artists Management following thirteen years with the company, including recent work as day-to-day manager for The Lumineers.

Todd Stepp has returned to Provident Entertainment as Senior Vice President, with responsibilities encompassing marketing, digital strategy, creative development, and label services. He previously held a Vice President position at Provident before joining TPR as SVP of Global Marketing.

Taz Sharp, formerly with Levellr, is joining Laylo as Director of Artists & Events, EMEA, to lead the platform’s expansion within the UK and Europe.

Ed Watson, previously at BBC Radio 1, has been appointed Artist Strategy Director at UK marketing agency Blackstar, based in New York, as the company expands its North American operations.

Robbie Powell has been named General Manager of the British Airways ARC, a 3,800-capacity London venue operated by AEG Presents UK, which is scheduled to open on June 16.

ZaZa Kazadi has been promoted to Senior Director of A&R, UK & Europe at Sony Music Publishing, focusing on hip-hop, R&B and Afrobeats in London.

Haily Harris is joining Combustion Music as Creative Manager, having previously worked at Wrensong Entertainment and Jody Williams Songs.

Brad Banducci is stepping down as Group CEO of Ticketek Entertainment Group at the end of May, with COO Cameron Hoy assuming the role.

Veenerick “Veen” Vos van Liempt has been named Executive Vice President of Brand Partnerships & Revenue at Breakaway, based in New York.

Hannah Angst joins Secretly Distribution as Director of Label and Shared Services, while Jacqui Resur, a twenty-year employee of the company, has been promoted to Vice President of Client Relations.
