Spotify will return to the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity in 2026 with Spotify Beach, a week-long activation on the Croisette featuring daytime conversations with artists and brand leaders and nighttime performances by acts including Central Cee, RAYE, and Mumford & Sons.
The event runs from Monday, June 22 to Friday, June 26. Daytime programming will host sessions with influential voices across music, entertainment, fashion, and culture, while evenings will transform the space into a live music stage.
“Cannes Lions is the biggest moment in the year for the advertising industry to come together in the same place, at the same time, to celebrate creativity,” said Bridget Evans, Global Head of Business Marketing at Spotify. “For us, it has always been an opportunity to show Spotify’s role in culture by hosting conversations with creators that matter to brands, curating evening events for people to experience fandom first-hand, and showing what it actually means to earn fans’ attention. We cannot wait to welcome everyone to Spotify Beach.”
Attendees can take part in hands-on experiences centered on personalization. A Coffee Bar will let guests craft custom matcha drinks with different flavors, foams, and toppings. At the Shape Your Taste Froyo Bar, visitors can build a frozen yogurt treat while customizing their Spotify profile. Prompt Your Playlist postcards will allow guests to share a curated music moment with friends.
Meeting rooms will be transformed into immersive takeovers showcasing cultural moments and campaigns, including the “You’re Among Fans” initiative featuring Lizzo and Jay Shetty, Spotify’s 20th anniversary branding, and Reserved.
