Make Wake Artists, the Nashville-based management firm that represents Luke Combs, has entered into a partnership with One Twenty One Management, the company founded by Adam Hale that guides the careers of Muscadine Bloodline, Ben Chapman and Josh Weathers.

Partnership Details

Under the arrangement, One Twenty One’s day-to-day manager Ivan “Churro” Haro joins the partnership, continuing to oversee operations for the three artists. Make Wake Artists, led by Chris Kappy, adds the One Twenty One roster to its management portfolio.

Hale’s Path to Management

Hale previously served in the Ohio Army National Guard, deploying to Kandahar, Afghanistan, from 2011 to 2012 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. After moving to Nashville, he spent eight years on the road with acts such as Newsboys, Colt Ford, Kip Moore and Brad Paisley, building experience in artist operations, production and logistics. He began managing Muscadine Bloodline in 2019 and later founded One Twenty One.

“I’ve always believed that the best partnerships are built on shared values before shared success. Adam Hale and the Muscadine Bloodline team have built something authentic by staying true to who they are, and that’s exactly the kind of artist and people we want to be in business with.”

“Kappy and I first met years ago in the UK while I was tour managing Kip Moore and he was helping build Luke Combs’ career. I’ve admired how he’s grown Make Wake with a fan-first mindset, and I believe that philosophy pairs naturally with my artist-first approach built on integrity, communication and execution.”
